By using our website and shopping on our site, you are governed by our terms and conditions, set out below. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with our Terms and Conditions, and by using this website you are entering a contract and agreeing to these terms. evolve with horse reserves the right to add to, change or delete these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice. By continuing to use the website you agree to be bound by the changes.

Legal Capacity To Purchase
You must be over the age eighteen (18) years to book sessions with evolve with horse coaching. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years.

Should evolve with horse coaching suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, evolve with horse coaching reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any booking(s) to be placed with evolve with horse.

Placing Your booking
You may place a booking by filling in the Booking Form on the evolve with horse website.
When you place your booking, we will issue you with a booking confirmation. We will do this by email.
By placing a booking, you make an offer to us to purchase a session you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the evolve with horse coaching website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any services; however, evolve with horse coaching will make every effort to provide these services to you. We will notify you that your session is confirmed by sending you an booking confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your coaching session has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each booking placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud. evolve with horse coaching reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel bookings in their sole discretion. We will confirm acceptance of your booking when we send you an email confirming coaching session you have booked. If we are unable to process or accept your booking after payment is received, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Processing
evolve with horse coaching accepts payments by credit card and PayPal and eft via Tax invoice. You can select your payment option on the checkout page. 

Refund/cancellation

Cancellations for standard coaching sessions must be advised 3 hours prior to session time for full refund. 

Cancellations for special holiday programs must be advised a minimum of 5 days prior to day for full refund. 

Privacy Policy
We understand how important your privacy is and we will not disclose your name, address or any of your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes, unless we have your permission. If you agree to receive our newsletter, we will contact you regarding special offers, new coaching sessions and new articles and news. You may opt out of receiving information at any time.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

What we collect

• demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
• All participants be required to complete a Risk warning and waiver liability form and riding/jumping participants will also need to complete the confident Medical history form prior to session commencing.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping.
• Delivery and communication related to your coaching session.
• We may use the information to improve our services.
• If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we may periodically send      promotional emails about new sessions, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided (you can unsubscribe any time via the link in the email).

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Coupons and Discounts
evolve with horse coaching in its absolute discretion may from time to time provide discount coupons to existing and/or new customers.
Coupons can only be used towards the payment of sessions on our website and are not applicable towards delivery costs unless otherwise stated on the terms of the coupon.
Where a coupon is used towards the payment of a session (or sessions) there may be an outstanding balance due on the session booking; and in such case the balance must be paid in full.  
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon or discount offer.

Cancellations
Coaching sessions can be cancelled if outside 72 hours of scheduled session time for a refund or credit.  If inside 72 hours due to illness, a medical certificate must be provided for full refund.  If due to inclement weather evolve with horse coaching will offer client to reschedule or full refund. 

Coaching sessions can be rescheduled to another date in consultation with evolve with horse coaching outside of 24 hours from scheduled session time. 

If within 24 hours of scheduled session time, coaching session fee is non refundable. 

Our Services
When you book coaching sessions from us online, it is subject to confirmation of both the availability times and the session price by us. When you book, you will get a confirmation email from us confirming your coaching session. 

When shopping at evolve with horse coaching, we assume the details you provide us such as credit card, debit card and contact details, are true and accurate, and that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card. For our session pricing, all prices advertised are subject to change.

Intellectual Property
In no event are you permitted to publish, distribute or otherwise reproduce in any format any of our content/articles and images on evolvewithhorsecoaching.com.au or evolvewithhorsecoaching.com

Maintenance of our Website
We strive to offer you a simple and enjoyable user experience for our website. From time to time, we may have to take the site offline for maintenance.

Tell-A-Friend/Session-Review
Out of respect for all of our visitors, we ask that you do not use obscene, profane or threatening language in messages. Examples of the kinds of conduct or content that are prohibited in messages include:

Limitation of Liability

evolve with horse coaching holds Certificate of Currency with Marsh Australia for coaching in horse riding and jumping and Equine assisted therapy activities conducted with Nina Lewis.

Credit Card Fraud
evolve with horse coaching will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a client whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
